DP4 split type. Lead free.

Maintenance free. Wear resistant helping to prevent wear deposits in the lubricating oil after long working periods. Low static and dynamic friction coefficient. Suitable for linear, oscillating and rotating movements. High reistance to be cavitation and flow erosion damage of the polymer bearing surface by the lubricant, Excellent wear resistant. Suitable for use with non-lubricating fluids and in light duty unlubricated applications. Maximum load 250N/mm2. Speed limit (in oil) 3 metre surface speed per second.

Material is steel, bonded with porous sintered bronze interlayer which is impregnated and overlaid with polytetrafluroethylene (PTFE).

Operating Temperature -200 degrees to 280 degree C.
