Imperial medium-heavy duty. Colour coding is red. Square and grounded ends.

Material is Chrome silicon die springs are longer lasting than high carbon steel.

Heat resistance is up to +230 deg C (Loss of loads occurs above +120 deg C). Designed for long life cycle with constant high end deflections and shot peened to increase fatigue life.

For compressed length, subtract deflection from free length. Efficient operating range is 20 to 30 percent of the length. Maximum deflection is 37 percent of the length
