E-Clips - Basic - Carbon Steel

E-clips.

Radially installed and have a wider shoulder than other types of external rings, snap rings, or crescent rings, providing a larger retaining area and yielding higher thrust load capacity. Not all e-clips are exactly the same style, however all follow the basic principal of a push on clip.

Material includes carbon steel and zinc plated steel.

Used in a wide variety of applications ranging from automotive to medical.
