Radial ball bearings.

Excellent performance in electrical and magnetism sensitive applications. Higher speed than Zr02. Wear and corrosion resistance. Lubrication and maintenance free. Depending on the application, these bearings may run lubrication free or lubricated by the medium in which they are submerged. High and low- temperature application. Up to 250 Deg C with PTFE Cage and 130 Deg C with Nylon Cage. Up to 700 deg C without a cage or seals. 3.2g/cubic cm density.

Applications include cryopumps, medical applications, semiconductors, turbine flow meters, food processing, robotics and optics.

Race and ball material is Si3N4 silicon nitride, cages are PTFE or glass fibre reinforced nylon (special aviation aluminium on request MOQ). HRC80 Hardness.
